I would like to make a complaint against austars service, austar was introduced to our region in 1996 they came in and signed everybody up installed the equipment and now residence of Palm Island are being told that because were in an isolated region they are unable to come and fix what ever technical and equipment issues we may have and that if we needed to get our issues fixed that we are to find a qualified tradesman to come in and fix whatever problems we have and we are looking at a service cost of $500, I know for a fact that I am not... read full review »
