I purchased a kwikset key less entry for the front door and after 6 months it quit working. The key pad did not work and make the unit worthless. When i called customer service they said that i could purchase another keypad. Since it is a bad design i see no need in putting any more money in to the unit. i ask for my money back butt they refused. I will not buy any product that has Kwikset as the company the produces the product. I'm sure that i'm not the only one that has had this problem. BAD DESIGN. read full review »
