I wanted to write to you informing you about MY EXTREME DISSATISFACTION your Dirt Devil Reaction Fresh Upright vacuum cleaner. At first the vacuum cleaner worked perfectly and on top of that it was lightweight and very portable. After a few months however, I needed to clean the sofas and took out the suction handle(the ones used to clean stairs, sofas, etc) and used it.
