On 3/22/09 I ordered one TIVAX STB T9 TV Converter Box. By 3/30/09 there was no shipping information posted. On 3/30/09 I emailed them as follows: I've been monitoring "My Orders" for several days - it shows nothing. And, I've heard nothing by email about shipment in over a week. I'm becoming concerned. What is going on? They responded on 3/30/09 as follows: Dear Customer, Due to the high volume of orders and limited quantity of the Tivax converters, your order may be delayed.
