yesterday I ordered an iPhone over the phone and paid extra for it to be delivered by 10:30 AM. I got an email stating that it would be delivered by 3:00. I called customer service and they said all they could do was put in a request to FedEx. I called FedEx and they were very helpful and said they would do their best. It will be interesting to see if I get charged for shipping. Next, I went to the website (which is always incredibly slow) to run the Backup Assitant to preserve my telephone numbers so that I can transfer them to my new phone... read full review »
