For almost three weeks now, we have had no phone because they keep dropping the ball on getting our former provider to release the number. On our first bill, they charged us for installation, which was supposed to be included. And we can't use HD On Demand because they've had ongoing issues with it. To top it all off, they had to send techs out three days in a row to fix a modem problem. read full review »
