I bought a Vivitar 925HD Video Camera on12-22-2010. The camera is not work when I got it and I was never able to use it. I called support 2 times who tried to help. The 2nd time they gave me an address to mail it in and receive a new one in it's place. I mailed it in with tracking and it arrived there on 01-15-2011with no one getting the package so it was taken back to the post office.
