I have had my personal AT&T Wireless service for approx. 10 yrs and have been through hell getting my bills corrected. I've been through their company reorganizations and my account transfers away and back to AT&T. For over a year I had to call them every month to make corrections as they kept telling me that their computer would not allow them to bill correctly for my plan.
