Bank of America aquired my loan from Countrywide mortgage. I was later informed by regular mail that I needed to prove flood insurance. When I found that my condo association was no longer carrying flood insurance on the property, I bought my own. Bank of America determined there was a lapse from 10/14/10 to 11/24/10 and added to my loan balance a premium of $546.76. FOR SIX WEEKS OF COVERAGE!
