I have had monarch utilities for water service for 5 years and had nothing but trouble with them. I wish there was an alternative, but for me there is not. Several times I would not receive a bill, then the next month I would be charged a late fee. So now if I don't receive a bill I send $100.00 to cover it. But the latest scam is they rejected my banks bill pay (I have been using bill pay for several years with no problem), and by the time I was aware of it, it was past the due date, so now I will be charged another late fee. Is there a number to call to file a complaint with the state of Texas ? read full review »
