I've received over 20 phone calls from two men with India accents claiming I've taken out a $300. loan with USA cash Advance. Who are these people? Frank Santoya is one of them the other one is Kevin something, he wouldn't repeat his name to me. VERY RUDE as well! They have personal info on me and claim there is a law suit against me in Federal court. They won't send me any info either.
