We contracted to a puppy with Debra Bourassa aka Debra Drury at Munchkinland Chihuahuas on Christmas 2010. By reading all of the other complaints, she has operated under several different names, websites, etc. We fell in love with a female chocolate that was only 3 weeks at the time.
