I have struggled with AT&T for months. Every month it seems that my bill is increased by a dollar here and a dollar there. I went FOUR months without proper phone service and while paying my $75 bill on time. Every time I called customer service, I spent at least 45 minutes on hold. Once I would get someone on the line, I would be put on a hold again for another 20 minutes. IT'S SICKENING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.
