It was my biggest mistake to provide Pulse Telecom with my personal information. On my first bill I realized that it is a scam company and they charge the fees much higher that what they say. They conviniently send you a bill late or apply the bill late and charge you with additional fees. Two of my payments were not received (again, conviniently, bc they charged late fee).
