Chickdowntown is TERRIBLE. I will never shop with them again. I have ordered from them 3 times and 2 of those 3 orders have been absolute nightmares! I ordered a blouse and a pair of jeans for the 1st order-both were in-stock- paid for both- both were stated to be "shipped"- received only the blouse. It took me hours and hours on the phone- literally HUNDREDS of phone calls (because they DO NOT answer their phone)- filing with my credit card company AND with the BBB, to finally get my money refunded.
