This company is a fraud. We joined this time share exchange instead of RCI "Big Mistake". We could not exchange our week anywhere! They had restrictions on every state, resort you name it. We were so frustrated we decided after trying to book our week and being shot down over and over we would cancel our membership. Since then they take money still out of our bank accounts and trying to reach them is ridiculous. They pass you off to everyone then you disconnect.
