I had a problem that showed up on a credit report with the wrong dates, potentially implicating my x-husband in credit card fraud using my SS#. I went to the local Wells Fargo bank to verify or resolve the problem. The local bank manager was great but, that is where any resemblance to customer service ended. I tried to get hold of anyone to file a complaint, and no one can do that at Wells Fargo.
