Recently purchased a YSL clutch worth $475. I purchased the clutch around the 3/11/11 and now its the 3/17/11, don't have the clutch. Concerned and worried, I chatted with one of their customer assistant, and she told me that their was something going on with the processing. Sounds like they did not even thought of shipping my YSL clutch. No email or anything to give me a hint that the item is delayed is a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
