I made an agreement for a international phone plan ( if I pay 5 Dollar extra a month I can make unlimited phone calls to Germany). I kept asking the sales clerk few time, if that's so and he kept conferming it over and over again so I agreed to that plan, now I got my phone bill and I am billed for all the phone calls I made under the assumption that they were free and the AT&T expects from me that I pay for it and denies that they have a plan like that.
