BBB Complaint Filed against : Massage Envy– Valencia #0636 23957 Newhall Ranch Road Valencia, CA 91354 I properly canceled my membership in 2009 due to a move that resulted in no ME within 50 miles. According to ME rules, I brought a letter of cancelation into the clinic before the move and mailed in my first utility bill as soon as we received it one month later.
