I ordered a Gary Loomis fishing rod and paid a bit more for expedited shipping, so I could give it at a surprise birthday party this weekend, and according to their website it was supposed to arrive Friday. When I called to track the order the warehouse has lost the order. They offered nothing to rectify what they did wrong except ship it out now; after I have brought to their attention my order. I will not NEVER use them again and tell other not to use them!!! read full review »
