I have used Mr. Rooter before and they were honest, punctual and very helpful. Son this time I called Mr Rooter again. Chris (very young guy) showed up in front of my door on time. He checked out the issue and started telling me how bad my current system was. According to him, Lowes sells only junk. My system was going to go out soon and flood the attic. This is a 2 year old unit and still has 10 year warranty. He wanted to sell me a new unit for $1154.95. SO, when I said NO.
