An on-line mistake caused over $1, 000 to be paid to Terminex. When I called to have them address the issue, they said that I'd have to wait 6 weeks! No one there can tell me where my refund is in the process. They don't even return my phone calls! THAT'S A LOT OF MONEY TO JUST HAVE IN LIMBO!!! I have had enough.
