after nearly a year of waiting for an order of rosaries that were slated to be done in 7 months, my order finally arrived. it was sent to the wrong address, the order was not what i paid for and were damaged as well. after numerous emails and phone calls, Michelle Hintzche(845-429-4006) refused to respond. i am now trying to reecover the remaining unused flowers from her, to no avail. i have since found dozens of similiar complaints from other unhappy patrons of this business...stay away from keepsake rosaries. michelle and her family are... read full review »
