Yesterday I rec'v a call from a gentleman by the name of Max Reed from the Federal Loan collection dept. ( 310-405-6402) out of California. He stated that I got a loan from an online agency by the name of US Cash Advance, at the time of the call I was unsure if I had gotten this loan or not so I proceeded to check my account info when he was talking to me about this law suite being filed against me.
