I purchased this product and for the next week after my purchase I was flooded with phone calls from CSR from the company bending over backwards to help me get started with the product. A week later after signing up as an auction listing agent, the website site is not allowing me to sign, I can't reach a single person by phone (even from the numbers they called me from, I have left messages on voicemails that is no longer available, and I have sent numerous emails.
