I recently recieved a letter from you concerning a credit card that is unpaid. I do not or never had a credit card with Chevy Chase bank. If this is in reguards to any account from 2002, I know that the statute of limitations on this type debt in N.C. is 7 years. Like I said before I never have had an account with this bank.
