Don't answer email- no phone number-( which technically negates their right to be a member of SafeBuy organization)- Now in dispute as the software i bought had obviously been opened and resealed with a sticker-so returned for refund but not heard anything for a week. Paypal will now get involved -so save yourself the hassle and buy your software for more money elsewhere. read full review »
