I recently ordered some products from this website. Yes, they do have lower prices than most other online retailers, however, it took 3 weeks for my product to arrive. When I emailed their customer service to inquire about the delivery date, I received no response. I did eventually receive the product, however, it arrived in a Flat Rate Priority Box. Upon opening the package, I could smell the product and felt the wetness of the shampoo and conditioner.
