I purchased a pair of reebok ladies fitness shoes in mid December of 2010 for a Christmas gift to my Mother. The shoes were the wrong size so I received return authorization from shoes.com which I completed correctly and paid the shipping to send them back. Expecting a full refund. The refund has still not been processed. Shoes.com has no customer service number to contact. I emailed them the issue, stating I had not received the refund in over 3 credit card billing cycles.
