As an employer, I received an order for child support withholding for one of my employees. In the child support allocation worksheet it says "If you need assistance in completing the worksheet, please contact us through our Employer hotline at (602) 252-4045.". However when I contacted them, they said "we won't and don't offer any assistance". The person I spoke with would not give me an explaination.
