I went to petsmart on march 4 to get my dog groomed. my dog is old englosh sheepdog. In the morning around 9:30am, i called them to make a appointment and also asked for a quote. Idropped him off around 12:00, they let me sign a contract about dematting and the service price, and I did. they told me to pick him up around3:30.
