I have had problems over the last few weeks with overdraft fees. When I look at my account online, it doesn't appear that there are any problems. Then...BAM!...the next day, I'll have multiple overdraft fees. When I complain, they come up with some long drawn out explanation that makes no sense whatsoever. Today, they took out 2 overdraft fees while I still have a balance of $42 in my account. Even with the overdraft fee of $35, I still had money in the account till they hit me with the second one. They are an absolute rip off. Has anyone been able to get refunds on this bogus charges? read full review »
