This company supplied defective goods that my customer found not to be working upon arrival. I on behalf of the customer contacted ePathChina who promised to send a new replacement product upon receipt of a tracking number. Despite receiving a tracking number, they refused to send a replacement. ePathChina sent the product to their factory where it was confirmed that the item was indeed defective.
