I was told I had to click on a particular box to unscrable my entire system (which didn't have a problem until this box appeared) and when I did there appeared a $99.90 charge on my account, but I got no service or address or phone number to contact them. As further insult, they proclaimed a 30 day refund trial period but gave no way to exercise said option (if there even was any 'program' at all). Now I want my money back, but their is no longer any 'site' to contact. I think it is a HUGE BOGUS OPERATION!!! read full review »
