I too was robbed by The Ultimate Facial-It was truly a bad day when I decided to try thier product, but decided to return it, unopened. You need to cancel within 7 days! Although I rec'd the package 8 days later. So they actually gave me a RMA. When I returned the package, I was told I could not get my refund because I did not put the return number on the outside of the box!. Plus, if I got the package back, and re -returned it with # on the box, they simply wouldn't send it back to me, thus I received nothing at all! They are CROOKS... read full review »
