This company tried to bill a paper fee even though I'm signed up for online billing. Since I disputed, they claim I have received 60 pages over my limit for the month when I have not. I've had service since 2003 and always keep track of my pages and yet they claim I received over-pages. They are not returning my e-mails and attempt to get me to call them so they can charge me an additional $3.50 call fee. I've just paid one year in advance. Last year, their network was down for 2 weeks. They claimed my pager was broken and made me buy a new one. The old pager was fine since it was their network not working. read full review »
