Plumber James Murray accepted $400 dollars on 3/2 to apply for pemit for 3 seperate oil to gas boiler conversion for 200 littleton Ave, Newark NJ. Mr. Murray filled out permit jacket and plumbing subcode, chimney certification signrd and stamped applicationand copy of his license #8706 and provided receipt which states deposit is refunded if there is a change in contractor.
