I made sure I was out of contract with Direct before I cancelled my service. I had a final balance to pay but that was it. I received my boxes in the mail to send back equipment and before i got the chance 2 days later they hit my bank account for 1027.00 and I also found a charge of 61.93 on my bank account. Well needless to say I freaked out. The only reason there was that much money in my bank account was because I was fixing to make my house payment.
