Wow I see everyone has issues with Direct TV - why are we letting them do this to us?? Is the word not out that they cheat people. I can't believe they are still in business. Direct TV has been sending me "No Payment Due" billing statements for several months that say they owe me 32.75, when I called them and told them to send me the refund, there was some "mistery" charge that cost exactly what my refund should have been - WOW imagine that!
