In February of 2008 we accepted an interest free loan for a period of 12 months. We paid faithfully $400.00 every month so that we knew we would not incur any interest. Our last payment was for $375.oo and they only credited us $75.00. Now they claim that we owe them the incurred interest and I have sent them proof that they deducted $375.00 from my account and now they are harassing me on a daily basis.
