I have been trying for a loan mod. for 8 months. Still have nothing to show for it. They have lost my paperwork found my paperwork. Taken 2 unauthorized check drafts . Denied my loan mod. claiming i have a 1000 doller surplus each month. My financial worksheet clearly shows a deficit. They have closed my request, refused payments because im in middle of modification. Reopened it with a brand new negotciater this is my second handler.
