Few years ago, I've decided to close out my Chase check account and open in another bank, Independence bank. Then became Washington Mutual, then Chase. It's like I swam, swam, and died at the beach!! These big shark banks such Chase, Citibank, do not give a chance for the small banks to help our communities, leaving those people, who lives paycheck to paycheck paying the most fees, and can't afford to meet their requirements with a balance over $1, 500.00 .
