The new digital meter racks up Kw hours that are not being used. Have had circuits tested to see if anything is running aground and all testing indicates nothing is beyond microamperage. Have not run any appliances or changed anything that would cause this to happen but monthly bills have gone from 80.00 dollars to 350.00 and even as high as 475.00.
