I don't know where to start. They denied my Short Term Disability Claim. I believe it was in bad faith. They said I could work because I was able to sit in a chair. They ignored all of my symptoms and anything the doctor said, well they applauded the fact that he was in my court...but it didn't count. Some Physician Consultant, who works for Standard, who has never met me decided that I must be lying and not sick. He did not say it in those words, but it's obvious.
