I was attempting to set up a cell phone account so my fiance in prison can call me and thought i could do the prepay on my cell instead of setting up a direct account. after i learned that the prepay was for jails and not prisons i called to get my refund and they told me 7-10 days. this was febuary 28th 2011. after 14 days of waiting i still hadnt gotten my refund so i called again and was told that they put an email to the refund department for my money that i would have it in the next 48 hours.
