I started bidding on a 47 inch hdtv with the intentions of using the buy it now option if I didnt win the auction. I did not win so I paid full retail, $2700 plus $50 for shipping. This was on December 17th. They told me shipping was backed up and I believed them at the time. Since then I have asked for a refund if you could not deliver the tv. They said they would but then never heard from them again and won't answer my requests anymore. Also I never received an apple tv I won at auction.
