I reserved and paid for a golf cart for a rental in Sept. 2010. When I got the cart in March of 2011 I needed it for 1 week. The golf cart I received was dirty, slow, and bounced up & down while riding. I took it home and then returned it the next day asking for another cart. No such luck. I was told no other carts were available. Sue, the so called customer service person, has a tendency to say " to be honest with you" in every sentence, made up stories of why she couldn't accommodate my request.
