I was recently floored by a couple Time Warner ‘policies’ I would like to share with everyone. 1. Was told that they will not refund mistaken (or perhaps fraudulent charges) older than 90 days. Well, after I started subscribing to TW, a channel lineup I did not order had appeared on my bill. At the time I had blindly paid without looking at the details and unwittingly paid this for at-least 9 months.
