I put up with a year of not being able to use my phone as advertised, as I had already paid for it. I did get occasional voice mails, some of which I could actually hear. I never could hear through any of the dozen phones I bought to try. Yoday I signed up for another year because I do not want to share my cell number with anyone. I spoent the entire day on the phone with the tech help. There was about 10-15 minutes between each direction I was given to uninstall my phone & then reinstall.
